Decade has assembled three strategically located properties on Pickering’s west side, overlooking the picturesque Rouge Valley and only minutes from Toronto’s eastern border. Together, they will form one of Pickering’s signature mixed-use developments.
- 375 Kingston Road – A fully leased 27,000 sq. ft. retail plaza on 2 acres, anchored by 13 strong local tenants serving the affluent Rouge Valley community.
- 395 Kingston Road – A vacant 1-acre parcel at the heart of the assembly, critical to unlocking a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment.
- 401–421 Kingston Road – A 1.3-acre site improved with multiple buildings, currently home to a long-standing Montessori school.
An application has been submitted to redevelop the sites into four towers on two podiums, featuring 860,000 sq. ft. of residential GFA, 31,000 sq. ft. of retail, and 19,500 sq. ft. of on-site parkland.

Fanshawe Residences
760 Second Street, London, ON
Located directly across from Fanshawe College, this transformative development reimagines a former 83,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse on 3 acres into a vibrant residential community. The site has been rezoned and approved for two 15-storey purpose-built rental towers, delivering more than 540 residential units across 420,000 sq. ft. of gross floor area.
The project is designed to meet the growing housing demand generated by Fanshawe’s 16,000 students and surrounding employment base. Construction is underway, with first occupancy anticipated in summer 2027.

Acquired in 2022, this exceptional 7.8-acre industrial site is improved with 110,000 sq. ft. of industrial space and 10,000 sq. ft. of office. The property features five bays featuring 60–80 ft. clear spans and 25–40 ft. ceiling heights, supported by 10–60 tonne overhead rail cranes, outdoor loading, and direct rail access. Additional excess land provides rare outside storage or potential for increased density. The site is fully leased to two high-quality manufacturing tenants.

Denzil Doyle Self Storage
60 Denzil Doyle Court, Kanata, ON
In partnership with local stakeholders, Decade is developing a Class-A self-storage facility in Kanata, one of Ottawa’s most affluent and fastest-growing communities. Strategically located within a thriving residential and commercial corridor, the project will provide much-needed storage capacity to support continued local growth.
Construction is underway, with completion and opening anticipated in fall 2025.

Manatee Self Storage
2305 Manatee Avenue East, Bradenton, FL
Located in Bradenton, Florida, one of the fastest-growing self-storage markets in the United States, Decade is developing and constructing a Class-A multi-storey self-storage facility in partnership with a national self-storage operator. The project will deliver approximately 93,000 sq. ft. of storage space, offering a mix of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units designed for modern consumer needs.
The facility is currently under development, with opening scheduled for winter 2026.

Midtown Lofts
690 King Street, Kitchener, ON
Midtown Lofts is a contemporary 6-story condominium that has been developed and completed. The project features 138 modern residential units, all sold upon completion. Ideally situated on King Street, the development occupies a prime location at the midpoint between Downtown Kitchener’s vibrant Innovation District and Uptown Waterloo’s urban core, offering residents the perfect balance of connectivity, convenience, and community.

Yorkdale Village
855 & 877 Wilson Avenue, North York, ON
This townhouse complex was completed in 2016 and has a total of 75 units in Phase 1 and 96 units in Phase 2. Yorkdale Village is a community of distinctive urban townhouse style homes, which offer a downtown lifestyle, at a midtown location. The community is situated near the newly renovated Yorkdale Mall, Humber River Regional Hospital, and Canada’s largest urban park, Downsview Park.

Decade developed this two-acre site located across the street from Downsview Park, Canada’s largest urban park. The site was rezoned from low density to a multi-residential zoning accommodating over 280,000 square feet of GFA including over 300 residential condominiums and the option for grade level retail. The site was sold to a premier Toronto developer.

Decade developed 7 state of the art self storage facilities across Southwestern Ontario with full climate control, video surveillance, modern retail stores, and business centres.

WFCU Credit Union
322 Sandwich St S, Amherstburg, ON
Decade acquired, developed, and built this 5,400 sq. ft. Windsor Family Credit Union branch, a custom-designed facility that reflects WFCU’s modern brand and community-oriented values. Decade owns the property and serves as the landlord, supporting WFCU’s continued expansion throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Wyoming & Malden Plaza
1825 Wyoming Ave & 5790 Malden Rd, LaSalle, ON
Decade developed, built, owns and manages this prominent commercial plaza in the heart of LaSalle, strategically positioned within a thriving residential community and near several educational institutions. Decade secured Home Hardware, LCBO, and Starbucks as anchor tenants and custom-built their spaces to meet each brand’s specific operational and design requirements.
Located along Malden Road, one of LaSalle’s busiest thoroughfares, the property benefits from high traffic volumes and excellent visibility, offering strong long-term value for tenants and the surrounding community.

Decade developed this 3-acre site in London’s North End with 37,029 square feet of retail space. It offered tenants an opportunity to have a custom designed store built to their specifications. Tenants include Long & McQuade, All-Risk Insurance, Subway, Sherwin-Williams, Massage Addict, Bliss Nails. This site won the coveted Don Smith Commercial Building Award and was acknowledged for excelling in the areas of environmental sensitivity, design and innovation.
