Idan Mizrahi

Founder

Idan built his real estate career as an acquisitions manager at a leading North American real estate development firm. He was responsible for over one billion dollars of acquisitions, as well as the development of both high-rise and low-rise communities.

Following his entrepreneurial calling, Idan leveraged his experience to acquire, develop and build his own portfolio of real estate assets as well as a real estate based tax  company.

Idan is personally involved in acquisitions, development and asset management of Decade’s Capital investments.

Idan is a retired military special ops soldier who is passionately engaged in community support and fundraising for local communities and active soldiers.

Michael Siskind

Founder

Michael is a seasoned real estate developer whose expertise is honed by his finance, planning, and project management background. He has been a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years.

Michael is actively involved in acquisition, planning and development, structured financing, construction management, and asset management. His portfolio ranges from multi-family buildings, to commercial plazas and self storage sites.

While running private companies, Michael has also been involved in moving assets from the private realm into the public markets, and stays actively involved in the process.

As founder of Self Storage Plus, Michael negotiated the sale of multiple facilities for over $60 million to InStorage REIT as one of their qualifying assets.

Michael currently chairs the Independent Review Committee for Ravensource Fund, a TSE listed closed-end investment trust and has been active in various boards, committees and charities.  His passion for music, tennis and golf keeps him grounded.
