The site is situated on the west side of Pickering, bordering the Rouge Valley and minutes from Scarborough. Situated on one of Pickering’s 3 gateway corners, an application has been submitted to redevelop the plaza into a mixed-use commercial and residential site with 2 towers. Decade acquired this 63,000 square foot plot of land in 2023, located two properties east of 375 Kingston Road (also Decade owned). Decade will be redeveloping the site into a mixed-use residential site with 2 towers, which will allow for over 315,000 square feet of new building.
