Decade will be redeveloping the site into a mixed-use residential site with 2 towers, which will allow for over 315,000 square feet of new building.

Decade acquired this marque 7.8-acre industrial site in 2022, which is improved with over 115,000 square feet of industrial space and ancillary office. With buildings designed for ship building, many unique features are offered in one place, including 60-80 foot clear spans with 25-40 foot ceiling height. Each bay has 10-40 tonne rail cranes, which lead out to a direct rail access. There is excess land to develop, and rare outside storage. The site is now fully leased to 3 high quality tenants.

Located in one of the fasting growing markets for self-storage, Decade is jointly developing and building a class-A multi-story self-storage facility. The site will offer over 95,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage. Construction is expected to begin in 2024.

This industrial warehouse of 83,000 square feet is located on 3 acres. Decade throughout 2022 and 2023 rezoned the site for two 12-storey residential buildings with over 400 units. Working through the application process, construction is expected to begin in 2024.
